Data and privacy complaints

For anything about what we collect, why, or a request to remove your data, see our privacy notice. India’s DPDP Act asks us to name a Grievance Officer for these specifically — that’s Mohnish Sharma. Write to the address above with “Grievance” in the subject line and we will treat it as one.

Payments and refunds

If a payment failed, double-charged, or you never received the PDF you paid for, tell us the order or payment id if you have it — see our refund policy for how this is handled.

For teachers

Free while we finish the books: every course is free to read and use until the full set is out, and a lesson’s link works for the whole class with no sign-up needed. Classroom tools — a roster, one link for a whole class, progress by student — are not built yet. Write to us to be told when they are.

What to expect

We’re a small team, so replies are by email only — there’s no phone line or live chat yet. We aim to reply within a few working days.
